Baru saja dapet pasien yang iPhone nya gak bisa disync ke iTunes …
Kl dicolok bakal dapet popup error kayak gini:
“iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone …. Go to the Summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to the factory settings.”
Keterangan: kasus ini berlaku untuk iPhone firmware versi 1.1.4 (dan sepertinya ke atas juga)
Peringatan: File Lagu dan Video akan terhapus akibat dari proses ini
Solusi nya sedikit membutuhkan skill UNIX:
1. Install di iPhone beberapa aplikasi ini:
- BSD Subsystem
- Terminal (backup aja)
- OpenSSH Server
2. Konek iPhone via WiFi
3. Akses iPhone via SSH … biasanya password root nya “alpine”
4. Lalu masuk ke folder /var/mobile/Media
* untuk iPhone sblm 1.1.4 mungkin folder nya /var/root/Media *maaf belum pernah ngalamin di versi sblm 1.1.4 *
5. Hapus folder: “iTunes_Control” dan file “com.apple.itunes.lock_sync” en “com.apple.itunes.syncing”
Sekarang silahkan dicoba colok ke iTunes lagi … harusnya udah bisa sync seperti biasanya 
Cara lain:
- di iPhone, buka Settings – General – Reset * kl gak salah ya * hehehehe …
Trus pilih ke Reset All Contents and Settings ….
Resikonya hilang semua setting, musik, video, contacts, calendar … semua nya ….
Ampir sama kayak restore iPhone.
